engine idle

Hi I am looking for help. I have a 1.6t-gdi gti sportage 2018 and I have recently had it serviced by my independent garage. Since having it back it has developed rough idle and no lights on dash. I have taken it back but he says there is no fault codes showing but it was ok before the service.
