hi all, just purchased a 2023 Sportage, petrol self charging Sept 1st,done 850 miles not 3 months old yet. Had to take it to Kia main dealer because DPF light came on, took it for a run down the Motorway and did as instructions said, did not clear it.
Dealer said was our driving and filter completely clogged, cost us £120 to reset, they said it was not part of warranty, what a joke. Has anyone else had this problem.

My Sportage is 18 months old have had to have this done twice now £126 .
Live in a area that has mostly 20 mph zones, go on motorways intermittently, drive the car as it instructs me to do so on dash ( go to a higher gear, reducing the engine speed )
Disappointed with Kia sales and response, also inconvenient as well as cost to have it cleared.
