I am really annoyed that I have to wait 7 weeks for my Kia dealer in Aberdeen to look at my Kia Sportage, which is not drivable due to some warranty issue. What can I do.
Its my only car and now forced to fork out a fortune for a rental car. They dont have a courtesy car for me for another 12 weeks.
7 week delay for warranty work
I’m currently 11 months waiting for my car from KIA in Inverness.
Luckily after 2 months they provided me with a courtesy car from the garage .
The warranty does state that they will provide a like for like hire car. I’d get back on to the garage & ask them to apply to KIA rental for you.
