No issues, but when I asked a few questions regarding what exactly was being serviced, I realised that the servicing had 'slipped' due to covid, so the services were aprox, 8000, 12000, 21000, 31000, 41000, 51000, so the 'big service was last year!!
Recently had the LPG system done too and that's all happy now for another 10000 miles.
Rang up to see if I could pick the car up post service & noted that the phone greeting was regarding 'Vertu Kia' and found out that Mr. Burrows had retired & flogged the dealership to Vertu. Hopefully this won't cock up the excellent vehicle and customer service departments.
